Kamagra Oral Jelly: a drug that can help Australians with erectile dysfunction.

Kamagra Oral JellyWhen a man cannot satisfy a woman in bed, it can deliver a huge blow to his ego. The inability of men to have insufficient or unstable erections have been medically diagnosed as erectile dysfunction (ED). This can happen to men at any age, but the most likely ages are 40 – 70 years old men. The decreased libido and sexual stamina this condition causes can be devastating to a man. Many men resort to all sorts of treatments to solve this problem which has several factors. One drug that could be recommended to treat the condition is Kamagra Oral Jelly.

The generic name for Kamagra Oral Jelly is Sildenafil Citrate. Yes, that is also the generic name for Viagra. In fact, both drugs are similar in that they are used to treat erectile dysfunction, but one difference between them is that while Viagra is the more popular drug, Kamagra Oral Jelly is of recent introduction. Also, another difference is that Viagra is a pill while the jelly comes as a gel in a sachet. The jelly is also faster in action than Viagra because it is absorbed directly into the blood when swallowed.

Kamagra Oral Jelly is made by Ajanta Pharma, an Indian company, and is approved. It is ideal for those who find it difficult swallowing tablets. Just squeeze it directly into your mouth from the sachet or pour it into a spoon and drink it with water. Kamagra Oral Jelly comes in a range of flavors which may include mint, chocolate, banana, orange, mango, strawberry, pineapple and vanilla. It should be noted that in its action, Kamagra Oral Jelly does not stimulate sexual desires, that is, it is not an aphrodisiac. Rather you have to be sexually stimulated for the medicine to work effectively.

*****How it works*****

To understand how Kamagra Oral Jelly works, the mechanism of sexual arousal will have to be explained. Nitric oxide released when a man is aroused leads to increased production of cyclic guanine monophosphate (cGMP) which leads to penile muscle relaxation and better blood flow to the penis. But there is a chemical, phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), that tends to reduce cGMP production. So what the jelly does is inhibit this PDE5 chemical, leading to increased production of cGMP. This is what leads to an erection.

It takes about 20 minutes for an erection to be noticed after taking a sachet of the jelly because it is absorbed directly into the bloodstream. Thus, only a small dose, maybe 50 – 100 mg gives the desired effect.

**** *Side effects of the Jelly*******

In Australia, Kamagra Oral Jelly is a prescription drug. Therefore, it is recommended that you consult your doctor before taking it. Usually, men with erectile dysfunction start taking the sachets at the 50 mg dosage and gradually increase it to 100 mg. But it should be noted that over-dosage should be avoided. Some known side effects of the drug that could be due to adaptation to the drug are: eye dryness, headaches, facial redness, blurred nose and mild nausea. These are not serious effects. But when one experiences persistent and painful erection, extreme decrease or complete loss of vision, and loss of hearing, then the drug should be stopped immediately and the doctor should be notified. It is recommended that one should not take alcohol before taking the jelly. It reduces the effect. Also, you should not take a fatty diet before taking it. Not more than one sachet should be taken within a 24 hours period. The drug becomes effective in the body within 20 minutes after intake and remains in the body for 4-6 hours. Take lots of water with the jelly.

Patients with blood pressure, heart issues, sickle cell, HIV and other serious illnesses should not take Kamagra Oral Jelly.

******Why it should be recommended for Australian men. *******

An Australian survey showed that at least one in five men over the age of 40 years have erectile problems and that about one in ten men are unable to have erections (see footnote 1). Another estimate is that erectile dysfunction affects about one million men in Australia. This problem becomes more prominent with increasing age.

In a thorough search online, I noticed that Viagra was a drug of choice by Australian doctors for treating erectile dysfunction using medicinal way. This shows that there is hope for Kamagra Oral Jelly. They only have to be introduced to it and shown how more effective it is than Viagra. So there is much work to be done in this regard.

Another reason why Kamagra Oral Jelly is not also popular is that it is not easily bought in pharmacies. You can only find it in online pharmacies. This brings up lots of questions. A thorough search on Google revealed that only a scanty number of Australian-based pharmacies sell the jelly. Most pharmacies that sell it are based overseas and one has to ship them to Australia. This raises legal and medical problems for those who want the drug. Also, some online pharmacies have doubtful reputations so one has to be very careful before parting with his money. All in all, many persons have reported successfully buying the drug online.

There is much to be done in Australia and other parts of the world for Kamagra Oral Jelly to be widely adopted as the drug of choice for treating erectile dysfunction. Only time will tell how this will be achieved.
